My name is Tyler Okay and I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA, dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life achieve their health and wellness goals. My fitness journey began at 13, when I discovered how fitness could be a powerful tool for building mental resilience during tough times. Having worked closely with people in recovery, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness and nutrition can be life-changing, offering both physical healing and emotional empowerment.
